HALT Report (1979-1982)

In July 1978, Human Action to Limit Taxes (HALT) was formed by Mike Little and Rick Bolstler, the founders of The Libertarian Foundation. (See History for more information). HALT published a newsletter every two months from February 1979 to April 1982. Originally the newsletter was called The Halter. But with the July 1980 issue it changed its name to HALT Report.
